Alternativement, il est possible d&rsquo;utiliser des p\u00eaches existantes sur le march\u00e9, mais il est important qu&rsquo;elles soient de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0espagnole\u00a0\u00bb (avec le noyau d\u00e9tach\u00e9 de la pulpe).<\/p>\n<p>Lavez soigneusement les p\u00eaches, s\u00e9chez-les et coupez-les en deux, mais sans les \u00e9plucher. Retirez le noyau et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re retirez une partie de la pulpe en laissant une couche d&rsquo;au moins un centim\u00e8tre \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la peau. Dans un mixeur, hacher finement les macarons, ajouter la pulpe extraite du fruit, le cacao, 2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de rhum. M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Placez les p\u00eaches pr\u00e9alablement coup\u00e9es et d\u00e9barrass\u00e9es de la pulpe dans une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie convenablement graiss\u00e9e, puis remplissez-les avec le m\u00e9lange fra\u00eechement pr\u00e9par\u00e9.
